Mavrik offers a full refund (less shipping costs) if your merchandise is returned prepaid and in its original condition within 30 days of your purchase. If we are able to refund your purchase after 30 days, a re-stocking fee may be charged. Refunds for credit card orders will be credited back to your card. Please review our refund policies and procedures below.

In order to properly process your return, please follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so may cause a delay in refunding your purchase, or result in Mavrik being unable to accept your return. We cannot accept returns of items which have been engraved, damaged, or re-sized or altered by someone other than Mavrik Fine Jewelry & Diamonds. If your item is improperly packaged or uninsured, we may be unable to accept your return.

Procedures for returning purchases under $500.00

No prior authorization is needed for returns of purchases less than $500.00.

Just follow three easy steps:

1. Properly package your return to withstand normal handling—a good rule of thumb is to package it as if you were checking it on as baggage on an airline.

2. Make sure it is insured to cover the entire value of the item. You may use any carrier to ship your return, provided your package can be insured for its entire value.

3. When addressing your return, avoid using words describing the item, such as “jewelry” or “diamonds” --  simply address your package to Mavrik.

Procedures for returning purchases $500.00 or more

An authorization is required for returns of $500.00 or more. Follow these three steps to insure proper handling of your return.

1. Obtain a return authorization code by calling 314-909-6818, and write this code on the return note on your original packing slip. Please keep a copy of this code for your records.

2. Properly package your return. Do not write anywhere on the package words which would identify the items, such as “jewelry” or “diamonds" --  simply address your package to Mavrik.

Return everything enclosed when you received your package, including packing materials. If you received a diamond certificate with your item, please return it or a $225 replacement cost may be required before your return can be processed.

3. Ship your package US Postal Service Registered Mail^TM, insured for the entire value of the package and request a return receipt confirmation to verify Mavrik has received your item. Carriers other than USPS may not insure or ship items valued at more than $500.00.
